How to Get Started

Here at the Shelbourne Community Kitchen, we like to start by scheduling a 30 minute ‘Meet & Greet’ meeting at our main location (3541 Shelbourne Street).

During a ‘Meet & Greet’ we want to get to know each other!

  • What are your interests?
  • What skills, volunteer and work experience do you have?
  • What is your availability and ideal time commitment?
  • What excites you about our organization and where would you like to dedicate your time?

At the end of the ‘Meet & Greet’, we can register you as a member of the Shelbourne Community Kitchen, fill out volunteer paperwork and discuss our volunteer opportunities that match your skills and availability.
