Some of the Office Administrator’s responsibilities include:
Responding to general inquiries and directing correspondence to team members accordingly.
Maintaining complete and accurate membership records in Sumac CRM Database.
Assisting with the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, including the Annual Report.
Providing administrative support for charitable donation processes and donor correspondence.
Supporting general operations and staff when needed by recruiting on-call volunteers and/or acting as staff on site.

Remuneration: $20.00/hr
